We purchase properties directly and, for qualifying properties, may offer structured agreements such as a sell-now, share-later arrangement. JCOR Properties is not a law firm, lender, licensed real estate brokerage, financial advisor, or foreclosure-rescue service.

Content on this website is general information, not an offer to purchase any property. Submitting a property review does not obligate JCOR to make an offer or you to sell. Not every property will receive an offer. Any purchase, price, timeline, or later-share arrangement is valid only when set out in a written agreement signed by both parties.

Sell-now, share-later disclosures

The sell-now, share-later path is available only for select qualifying properties and requires a separate written agreement. Any later payment is not guaranteed and depends on actual resale proceeds after agreed costs. We encourage independent legal review before signing any agreement of this kind.
