Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 28, 2026

JCOR Properties ("JCOR," "we," "us") respects the privacy of homeowners and buyers who use this website. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you submit a property review, we collect the information you provide, such as the property address, name, phone number, optional email, timeline, occupancy, the path you are interested in, and any notes you include. The form also requires you to accept the displayed contact consent language before the request can be sent.

During a browser session, this site may temporarily store referral and campaign details, the landing-page path, and the selection you make in the quick review panel. This session storage helps carry those details into the property-review request and normally ends when the browser session ends. We limit stored referral URLs to the origin and path and do not retain their query strings.

Our hosting provider may process ordinary request and security logs, such as an IP address, browser information, requested page, and time, to deliver and protect the site.

When the form service accepts your submission, it is designed to create an encrypted consent record containing the exact consent text and version, the affirmative checkbox response, server receipt time, submission identifier, the contact and property details submitted with that consent, and limited request evidence such as IP address and browser information. This evidence is stored separately from the Follow Up Boss activity note.

How we use it

We use your information to review your property, respond to your request, prepare and discuss potential options, protect the form from abuse, and manage our communications with you. Seller submissions are sent through a Netlify server function to Follow Up Boss, our customer relationship management system. We do not sell personal information or publish seller information publicly.

Calls and text messages

By checking the consent box on our form, you agree that JCOR Properties may contact you by phone call, text message, or email about your property. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing Julio@jcorproperties.com. Consent is not a condition of any sale.

SMS and mobile information

Mobile information, text-messaging opt-in data, and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only to operate the messaging program and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

The private JCOR Frankie SMS program is available only to JCOR's authorized business owner. Its enrollment method, message types, frequency, opt-out instructions, and support information are described on the JCOR Frankie SMS Program page.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, including Netlify for hosting, form processing, and encrypted consent-record storage and Follow Up Boss for customer relationship management; with professionals involved in a transaction you choose to pursue with us, such as title companies or attorneys; or where required by law.

The JCOR Buyer Network link opens a separate form hosted by Jotform. Information entered there is submitted directly to Jotform and is subject to the notices shown with that form.

Analytics and cookies

We do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising cookies, or behavioral-tracking tags on this site. The session storage described above is used only during the browsing session for the property-review flow.

The site loads approved fonts from Google Fonts. When the browser requests those font files, Google may receive technical request information such as the visitor's IP address and browser headers. If we consider adding nonessential analytics or advertising technology later, we will first review the notice and consent controls that apply; those tools are not active now.

Retention and security

Our current retention policy is to keep encrypted contact-consent evidence for five years from submission, unless a longer period is required to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights. Other submission data is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, operate the business, and meet legal requirements. Consent records are designed to be encrypted before storage and are not placed in public pages, URLs, or ordinary activity notes. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing Julio@jcorproperties.com.
